These are for 10-15 minute quick queries which run between 12pm-1pm daily.  Please place your name on the whiteboard at the front of the Learning Services reception to ensure a place.  (the whiteboard comes out at 11.45am each day)

Hi all

The issues we have been experiencing with student printing balances has resulted in some students having an excess balance and some having a negative balance.
These issues have been caused by inconsistencies within the databases between our two print recovery systems (Pharos and Papercut).
To remedy this we are going to adjust student balances based on an analysis of balances in the databases.

After the adjustment process students will have a minuimum of $5 (i.e no student will have a negative balance) and the maximum balance will be $48 (with the exception of VAD students).

The adjustment will take place Sunday night so that balances will reflect the update Monday morning.

( there is processes by which some faculties allocate money to students (VAD ) as an example we will apply those corrections to students accounts after this process is complete).
