This course builds on your current clinical assessment skills. Utilising critical thinking you will learn how to identify a patient’s chief complaint, take an in depth history of a presenting illness, perform physical exam, and be able to discuss differential diagnosis. Advanced Primary Health Car.This course develops in depth understanding of pharmacologic principles used to support the delivery of care to clients in various settings. Diagnostic, nutritional and pharmacolotherapeutic agents affecting the major body systems are studied. The uses of traditional Maori health practices,complementary and homeopathic agents are reviewed within research literature and situated within the changing framework of health delivery.
